How to Blog With a Cell Phone, A New "Vintage" Dress, and My Pets

Hi!

First off I want to say thanks to Bethany from Clever Bunnies and MissMelodyMuffin from The Splendor Falls on Castle Walls for helping me with my blog and answering questions! Everthing is a lot smaller on a phone than a computer. Also they work a little differently... I think :]

Pretty much everything went good, but I did have trouble finding the Join this Sight gadget.

For any of you others that do, this is how; go to your blog dashboard, click on Layout, then on on of the boxes that say Add a gadget. This will bring up a page of 20-30 different gadgets, but none of these are the right ones.

Up in the upmost, far left corner are several options, and one is More Gadgets. After you click on this it will give you the option to choose any one of 300+ gadgets. Up top is a search box, though, so if you know what you want you don't have to scroll through them all. Search Members.


Also I had trouble with the banner. I still don't know if I like it, but for now it's fun :) I used an app called PicCollage to design it, then another called Photo Editor Pro to write the blog title. I just uploaded the picture from there.

One other problem I had was uploading pictures on here. But as you can see, I figured that out :D for some reason my phone wouldn't allow me to finish uploading my photos from my gallery, but my Mom told me about tinypic.com. Here I upload the picture. It gives me several link codes.

I copy the HTML for websites, and paste it onto here.

Is there anyone else out there that blogs with a phone? If so let me know about your experience!

Now for the fun!!

My latest project... sorta. I made this dress several dresses ago, but wouldn't wear it until I'd got the lace collar in ( etsy.com from the store hundredmiles ). I wore it for the first time today to church.

Also here are my goats :b a couple years ago we were taking care of a neighbor's goats... he had like 30 plus and just let them run wild. The brown one was born during that time

Catriona - a really pretty name I think. At the time I named her I was obsessed with Robert Louis Stevenson's books ( I still love them ), and I had just read his book Catriona, the sequal to Kidnapped. These two are probably my top two favorite Stevenson books.

And Priscilla!! I plan to breed them and increase my flock, sell the kids, and butcher some of the kids... I like goat meat :) I also want to make goat milk soap. I'm hoping to make some this week with milk from a neighbor.
