NaNo Wip: Villains (Help, I don't do those!)

Introduce the main antagonistÂ
of your book!
Oh, wow. I never even thought about this before. I think the antagonist is defined as the person that thwarts the goals of the MC? In that case the main antagonist would be Zilla's best friend, Cinderella???
What a thought. I still have the stepmother and stepsisters in this book, but they are back ground villains that stand in the way of Cinderella, not Zilla.
As for introductions: Cinderella is very much like any other Cinderella. Kind to everyone and anything. Lovable. Petite. Beautiful. And the one that Prince Charming (Prince Dashel in my story) loves.
Only one girl is Cinderella, thus most of us will not have a Prince Charming waiting to save us.Â
What do you (the writer) haveÂ
in common with theÂ
antagonist?  What do you not have in common?
I can relate to Cinderella's tough life. I do find more good in life, like she does — though I'm not as positive. After all I'm not Cinderella. I am definitely one of the other girls attending the ball. But I have been hated before for being me. So I do relate with Cinderella in that way.
What does your antagonist do when he/she isÂ
mad? Do they have a soft spot?
Cinderella is like all soft spot. If she gets mad she cries in the garden and wonders why she was left to live and her father made to die. She doesn't really get mad. Just very sad. Which is still a horrible thing for such a sweet girl like Cinderella.Â
Who is your antagonist’s worst enemy? Â
Cinderella's worst enemy would be her stepmother, Lilith, and her stepsisters, Athaliah and Sapphira. And it's not because she hates them but because they hate her and the sisters especially are always looking for ways to torment her — such as changing her beautiful name, Ella into the horrid name of Cinderella. Even so, Lilith is to be more feared because she is the one that is determined Cinderella shall never escape.Â
What is their greatest fear?
Cinderella's greatest fear would be having to live forever with her stepmother, or having to wait on her stepsisters for the rest of her life. An even deeper fear that she never considers is losing Zilla's friendship . . .
What is your antagonist’s weapon of choice?
Cinderella harming someone else could never happen. I doubt the girl could even kill a mouse. Haha see what I did there. ;D
How would your antagonist surprise yourÂ
reader?
You think you know her story — but do you? And even then . . . when you're expecting something to happen and it does happen I suspect there will still be surprise. I won't tell how or where or why because that's called spoiling all the fun ;DÂ
What is one thing your villain would never do?
She's not a villain though ;0 But Cinderella has always known that her father bought her the services of a fairy godmother. Cinderella has only told Zilla. And much to Zilla's frustrations, Cinderella refuses to call on the aid of this woman's temporary magic. And thus, they have no idea who the woman even is.Â
What lie does your antagonist believe aboutÂ
the MC?
Cinderella believes that Zilla loves everyone as much as she does. She also believes that Zilla needs happiness more than she does.Â
What is your favorite thing about yourÂ
antagonist?
That she's Cinderella hahahah. Is that cheating? If so I'm still sticking to my original answer.
If your antagonist was your MC, what wouldÂ
your book look like?
Just like the traditional Cinderella story, or some version of that. ;D

Am I evil for not having a truly evil person asÂ
my antagonist? Well, to my defense, at least I didn't say Zilla was her own antagonist (which still may have been very true).Â
